"The doctors I have seen have run blood tests and done their exams and have said everything is all right and that I am healthy. However, fatigue has been a constant in my everyday existence. Leg cramps started gradually and were becoming more severe from occasionally to nightly and waking me up multiple times a night. The doctors had me on oxygen at night saying it was elevation-induced hypoxia. I didn’t like where this was going.
My life was becoming narrow, I was not getting out as much. Not doing the activities my husband and I enjoy. I take great pleasure in photography and I like being out in nature and being active. My outlook was becoming bleak.
Over the last 3 months that has all changed and my joy in life has been returning. I don’t believe age is a reason for fatigue and how fortunate that I was introduced to you, who didn’t believe that either.
Respiras is knowledgeable to the extreme on CO2 and its impact on the body. You restored my belief that I can have a high level of wellness in my senior years. The symptoms I was experiencing are abating and I am feeling like a new person. Since my re-training with Roberto, I have been able to be out with my camera equipment for longer periods of time and carry my equipment longer distances. I find I’m not just sitting around reading as much for my energy levels hold till later in the evening.
I am no longer on oxygen at night time. And I recently cross-country skied for the first time in 10 years. I haven’t had a leg cramp since my first couple of sessions.
Working with Respiras Breathing has given me hope that I can live a vital, full, life doing what I enjoy. It has certainly helped me change my life."
